Die Idee, dass die beste Autonomie nichts hilft, wenn Landschaft und Umwelt nicht gepflegt werden, geht auf den Autonomie-Politiker und Umweltsch\u00fctzer Alfons Benedikter zur\u00fcck. Die strenge Raumordnung sollte neue Zuwanderung verhindern, sch\u00fctzte aber auch vor Verbauung und Zersiedelung. Wie steht es heute um diese Idee?
