Der Staat wahrt seine nationalen Interessen, EU-Normen greifen in viele Lebensbereiche ein, weltweite Entwicklungen schlagen sich \u00fcberall nieder. Neu ist das nicht: Unter den Habsburgern galten hier Wiener Beschl\u00fcsse, nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg entschieden Weltm\u00e4chte \u00fcber S\u00fcdtirol, seine Autonomie verdankt es internationalen Vertr\u00e4gen. Bei den UN-Resolutionen von 1960 und 1961 gab die Solidarit\u00e4t von Au\u00dfenseitern wie Zypern, Afghanistan und blockfreien Staaten Afrikas zugunsten von S\u00fcdtirol den Ausschlag.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
